Pastoral Council

The council is composed of parish members who articulate the parish mission and pastoral plan and set parish priorities. The pastor depends on the council to assist him in his ministry as leader of the parish community. Interested parishioners are sought out in May each year. The Ex-Officio Members serve as a result of their position with the parish. If interested, contact the parish Office: spcoffice@spcwh.org

Finance Council

This Council is composed of three to six parishioners with appropriate expertise in finance, business, law and accounting. Members are appointed by the Pastor who regularly consults the Council. It assists the pastor in the fulfillment of his administrative and financial responsibilities by offering advice, and undertaking related tasks requested by the pastor, including assistance with developing the annual parish budget, reviewing actual results compared to budget and the preparation of the Annual Financial report to the parish and the archdiocese. 

Stewardship Committee

Focuses on developing a better understanding of stewardship as “A Way of Life” for all parishioners.  Encourages a more active role in one’s Catholic faith by the sharing of their gifts of time, talent and treasures.

This committee hosts Ministry Leaders meetings, Ministry fairs, our Baptized Babies tree, and other events throughout the year.
